It was an unusually busy day for Jasmine.

New tickets kept landing up on her system in a never-ending stream and her immediate superior, Bryan, gifted with a short temper, was breathing down her neck about the new servers to be installed ASAP in the HQ.

Why did I get into this, she asked herself. Women don't get into IT. But fiddling with computers was her hobby and soon she found herself as an IT intern at the HQ for the Swiftlight Corp.

She knew the day was going to be shitty when her only other colleague in the IT Dept., Bill, a short grumpy man who kept quibbling about the company, called in a sick day.

Bryan went into a rage when he heard about this and took it out on the only person whom braved his verbal diarrhea. Jasmine.

She was a beautiful but shy and introverted girl who only had spare time for her cats at home and kept to herself most of the time.

She quickly made a to-do list for the day and started going through the tickets as fast as she could.

Ding! Ding!

A new one popped out in her inbox.

Jasmine's heart skipped a beat on seeing the name. The requester was Gary Sinclair.

Laptop doesn't start. Please attend ASAP

Gary Sinclair was a man's man. A self-made billionaire at the young age of just 33, he was a whiz kid at business from his teenage years and took to it like fish to water. Technical prowess notwithstanding, he had impeccable pedigree and degrees from Ivy League colleges in his cap. As a billionaire, he had mansions and estates spread across the country. A medieval fortress restored to a palace was his latest acquisition. A red Bugatti was his current plaything. Class and style oozed out of him.

To Jasmine, he was more than just her boss. Although their interaction was limited to a brief meet-and-greet, she had kept her eyes on the dashing man during presentations and conferences where Jasmine was omnipresent for IT support.

She had her ears on the grapevine, but rarely heard anything about the personal life of the man she admired most. The only thing her knew for sure was that Gary lived in his ancestral estate not far from the city and was mostly alone. This intrigued her further. She had heard of the weekly parties him throwed, for the high and mighty and the numerous supermodels he dated as arm candy. Why he would live alone, she wondered quite often. If only she could live with him, she wished.
